Recruitment Operations Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support client recruitment teams (RPO) and MSP programs
• Handle candidate care, workforce admin, and recruitment coordination
• Manage lifecycle tasks: sourcing, interviews, onboarding, extensions, offboarding
• Drive best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience
• Act as AGS brand ambassador throughout processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in administration or recruitment coordination
• Experience with HR systems like Workday is desirable
• Prior recruitment/onboarding/contingent workforce admin experience
• Strong organization and multi-priority management
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
