• Make 50+ outbound sales calls per day, every day
• Prospect and qualify leads across target European markets
• Build genuine rapport fast, in more than one language
• Log everything properly in the CRM — no shortcuts
• Help shape a young, fast-moving company from the ground floor

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, plus at least one of: French, German, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese
• Based in a timezone within ±3 hours of CET
• Proven experience in outbound sales — cold calling required
• Strong communication skills — persuasive, clear, and comfortable on the phone all day
• Genuine excitement about building something in a young, growing company
• Willingness and stamina to hit 60+ calls per day, consistently
