📋 Description

• Credentialing providers end-to-end, manage high volumes of credentialing caseloads
• Pioneer best practices and new workflows for provider credentialing
• Collaborate cross-team with internal/external stakeholders to improve workflows
• Research to define policies, procedures, and processes
• Streamline credentialing processes to make healthcare provider credentialing more organized

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of credentialing management experience (Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers)
• Familiar with NCQA standards welcome
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organization, prioritization
• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs) and Adobe; Salesforce or comparable CRM
• Fast learner who loves the healthcare tech industry
• Professional, capable of working with diverse stakeholders via verbal & written communication
