📋 Description
- Build AI-enabled People Ops infrastructure and enablement
- Automate workflows; reduce manual tasks across HRIS
- Own data hygiene and governance for HRIS data
- Manage immigration and global mobility logistics
- Support performance management and employee relations
- Develop and interpret company-wide policies
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in People Ops, HRBP, or Employee Relations
- Hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling, Workday, HiBob, etc.)
- Experience evaluating AI tools or automations in HR tech
- Solid knowledge of US employment law; global exposure a plus
- Strong judgment, discretion, and communication
