📋 Description
- Build and manage relationships with small to mid-size business clients
- Market and originate SBA 7(a) lending opportunities
- Identify new business relationships to grow portfolio
- Prepare credit analyses and lending recommendations
- Structure, underwrite, and negotiate loan terms
- Monitor loan portfolio performance via ongoing reviews
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- An equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- 4+ years of experience in commercial credit and business development, including SBA lending
