• Manage 3 to 30 employees during shifts.
• Oversee all store operations and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle payments.
• Prepare products to recipes and maintain portion control.
• Deliver products safely from store to customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance per standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading a team (3–30 people).
• Clean driving record; pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Own a reliable, insured vehicle with valid license.
• High standards for self and team; strong attitude and reliability.
• Availability to work weekends/holidays; 365 days/week operations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
