📋 Description Own a portfolio of open roles and manage recruitment activities from intake through sourcing Build strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and proactive engagement. Partner with hiring managers and HR to define profiles and drive progress. Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Maintain recruitment data accuracy and effective ATS usage. Manage multiple vacancies across functions, markets, and priorities. 🎯 Requirements Experienced recruiter with full-cycle recruitment expertise and strong communication. Proven end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing. Direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and pipeline building skills. Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
