📋 Description Support IT helpdesk queue under close supervision Deploy laptops and hardware peripherals for new users Configure and maintain desk hardware in the office Handle end-of-lease laptop processes and data wiping Document procedures and assist with IT projects Set up Google Meet Hardware and assist with AV for events 🎯 Requirements Experience troubleshooting Mac problems Experience troubleshooting Windows OS and Dell laptops Experience with meeting room hardware and AV gear Familiarity with agile environments is a bonus Ability to translate technical issues into user-friendly language Willingness to learn new systems and vendors
