📋 Description Own fleet-level nuclear plant operations from fuel load through end of life. Build and lead the operating organization, standards, staffing, and regulatory posture. Drive internal operating excellence and external readiness services for partners/utilities. Define safety culture and operating programs for safe, reliable performance. Coordinate across Deployment, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Training functions during handoffs Lead training, staffing, and procedural programs to support fuel load and initial operations. 🎯 Requirements Proven senior leadership in nuclear plant operations (US experience required). Experience establishing a new operating organization from the ground up. Strong safety culture track record; familiarity with NRC regulatory processes. Expertise in staffing models, qualification programs, and operator training. Ability to coordinate with regulatory, training, and external partners on readiness services.
