📋 Description Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform thorough evaluations to diagnose and provide interventions for speech/lang/swallow issues. Develop treatment plans based on evaluations, orders, and goals. Revise care plans with BAYADA clinicians in multidisciplinary team. Educate patients and families to promote health and independence. Document observations and care using a touch pad tablet. 🎯 Requirements Current North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA OR equivalent requirements/education. Experience or coursework for certification and exam readiness for CCC.
