Safety Coordinator

📋 Description Serve as a designated safety representative for the assigned dream fulfillment center (DFC). Coordinate and implement RTR’s Safety Program as directed by the Sr. Manager of EHS. Conduct training and coaching to ensure compliance with RTR safety standards and a safe work Perform safety observations, audits, and risk assessments; maintain OSHA-related records. Lead investigations of workplace incidents involving equipment, employees, and fleet safety. Partner with security and operations teams to ensure safety policies are followed. 🎯 Requirements Associates’ degree or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Ergonomics or related field. 1+ year in safety/environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations. Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred). OSHA knowledge and ability to maintain confidential personnel information. Calm under emergencies; flexible with shifts; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
