📋 Description Support review and negotiation of prime/subcontracts, strategic partnerships, supplier agreements Explain government contract requirements to stakeholders, including cybersecurity and export Review vendor agreements for software, hardware, and services from third parties. Support Defense verticals’ international growth by analyzing foreign bid/contract requirements. Develop scalable legal ops processes to support government and defense teams. Lead compliance activities, reporting, and internal investigations as needed. 🎯 Requirements Experience with U.S. Government contracts types (FFP, T&M, CPFF) and vehicles (FAR-based, OTA Deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, Data Rights, IP protections. Experience supporting proposal development and compliance requirements. Ability to guide compliance with export control regs (EAR, ITAR) and CUI handling.
