HR Generalist, HR Operations

📋 Description Hybrid role in Katowice, Poland; in-office 2 days/week. Support employees and managers in HR operations across locations. Partner on benefits programs, HR systems, policies and processes. Contribute to day-to-day HR activities and strategic initiatives. 🎯 Requirements 2-4 years HR experience in a global org (hi-tech preferred). Business English proficiency; additional European language desirable. Knowledge of Labor Law and Working Time regulations in region. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; combination of experience/education welcomed.
