📋 Description

• Provide high-quality pediatric home care in a collaborative team setting.
• Care for infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home on the Transition Team.
• Offer hands-on training to caregivers and ongoing care teams.
• Support families during early home care with a focus on safety and comfort.

🎯 Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license
• Minimum of one year of verifiable nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred)
• Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care with trach/vent highly preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to educate and support BAYADA care team
• Willingness to travel within Lehigh and Northampton counties
