- Support day-to-day bookkeeping for US-based clients using AI tools
- Be a trusted contact for accountants and clients with clear, service-oriented communication
- Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up work and improve quality
- Help test and refine AI tools and identify efficiency gains
- Document learnings and workflows for scalable adoption by others
- Collaborate with US leadership to shape AI-powered bookkeeping strategy
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping for small businesses
- Solid command of reconciliation, AP/AR, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with Xero and willingness to adopt new tools quickly
- Understanding of US bookkeeping practices
- Experience using AI tools in a professional workflow is a plus
