• Proven full-cycle recruitment across functions and seniorities.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean strings, market insights, proactive engagement.
• Comfortable in complex, scaling, global environments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset to interpret metrics and optimize.
