Senior Stock Plan Administrator

📋 Description

• End-to-end stock plan administration for Box’s global equity programs
• Partner with Legal, HR, Tax, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead equity-related materials for SEC filings and proxy statements
• Drive process improvements and automation in equity operations
• Support employee inquiries, education, and onboarding related to equity
• Manage reconciliations, month-end close, and audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• 4+ years of hands-on equity compensation experience
• Deep knowledge of ISOs, NSOs, RSUs, and ESPP
• Experience with equity platforms (e.g., Charles Schwab EquiView) and end-to-end processing
• SOX and ASC 718 compliance experience
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration
