📋 Description

• The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple vacancies, roles, and
• Own a portfolio of open roles and drive sourcing, interviews, offers, and hiring.
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and proactive talent engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define candidate profiles and recruitment progress.
• Manage screening, assessment, and interview coordination with a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain recruitment data accuracy and effective use of ATS and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills; able to build pipelines.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling, or high-volume environments.
• Stakeholder management with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ability to assess candidates, provide insights, and manage priorities independently.
• Experience using ATS and maintaining recruitment records; excellent English communication; able to
