Forensics Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Client liaison to ensure effective execution of forensic cases
• Bridge communications between sales, PM, and client success for forensics
• Coordinate scoping calls and case background with external clients

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of forensic or eDiscovery experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of basic forensic workflows
• Familiarity with data collection software (DISCO, LAW, Cellebrite, Relativity, Nuix, X1, EnCase
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
