Direct Support Professional (DSP)

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor individuals with I/DD
• Lead workshops: music, art, games, reading, AV
• Teach daily life skills for independence
• Lead outings and activities; engage continuously
• Assist with personal care and behavioral support
• Document daily outcomes in electronic system

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months experience with individuals with I/DD
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive company van
• Comfort with personal care and behavioral support
• Strong communication and initiative; problem-solving
