Atlanta Advanced Field Service Technician - Security Systems

📋 Description

• Service and configure enterprise level access control, CCTV, DVR/NVR, alarms
• Travel to customer sites in company provided vehicle throughout Chicagoland Area, Southern
• Diagnose and repair equipment and configurations
• Interface with customer personnel, develop relationships and provide training
• Use technical manuals and manufacturer support to troubleshoot problems
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or technical degree; experienced in installing and programming access control systems
• Ability to obtain a valid PERC
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English
• Knowledge of computer networks, switches, IP addresses, routers, and modems
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
