📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Analysts, and Analytics Engineers
• Own and drive the team roadmap with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop, evaluate, deploy, and continuously improve production ML models.
• Guide production ML systems: data pipelines, feature engineering, model training workflows
• Foster continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to translate customer challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years leading ML, data science, or engineering teams in agile environments.
• 5+ years in software engineering, ML, data science, or related field.
• Proven experience leading teams that build and operate production ML systems.
• Strong understanding of ML workflows: data pipelines, feature engineering, model training
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
