📋 Description

• Hands-on IAM engineer to design, build, and scale IAM solutions across cloud, SaaS, and internal
• Develop robust access models across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and more; reduce privilege sprawl with
• Improve observability with logging, metrics, and SIEM-driven reporting; modernize access reviews
• Drive IAM initiatives end-to-end from requirements to rollout and operationalization.
• Collaborate with teams to promote secure-by-default patterns and automated, scalable access

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining IAM products/tools.
• Automation-first mindset: production-ready, IaC, and AI-assisted tooling for automation.
• Strong IAM expertise: least privilege, breakglass, auditability, and risk-based permission analysis.
• BS+ in CS or related field, or equivalent experience; US citizenship preferred.
