• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a high-energy, commission-driven setting
• Engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on Peloton products to close sales
• Assist Store Manager with CRM auditing to boost conversions
• Act as floor lead, coaching Experts when Manager absent
• Demonstrate products, build brand loyalty, deliver honest expectations
• Support daily ops: inventory, visual merchandising, event setup

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years retail sales, premium/commission env, track record of targets
• Mentor peers, lead by example on a sales floor
• Highly organized with CRM lead management experience
