Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead daily operations of the vehicle inspection dept
- Manage a team of inspectors, apprentices, and technicians
- Ensure all vehicles meet quality and safety standards
- Oversee inspections, diagnostics, repair recommendations, QC
- Monitor production timelines and ensure on-schedule completion
- Establish and monitor department KPIs and production metrics
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years automotive experience with at least 3 in leadership
- Strong understanding of inspections, diagnostics, repair processes, quality standards
- Experience managing technicians, apprentices, inspectors, or production teams
- 310S License strongly preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
