Project Manager (Public Warning)

📋 Description

• Plan, organize and manage all phases of a project lifecycle
• Develop governance plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones
• Own budget, timeline, risks, issues, and decisions
• Lead requirements gathering and sign-off on deliverables
• Understand team/client relationships and adapt accordingly
• Track performance and customer satisfaction KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in business, CS or related a plus
• Extensive customer-facing experience required
• Experience deploying systems in Telco or Government domains
• Significant experience managing large technical projects
• Proven ability in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders
• Strong PM skills; PMP or CAPM preferred
