📋 Description

• Plan, execute and communicate People team programs with high business impact
• Improve intra-team and cross-functional operations via systems optimization
• Lead AI enablement to scale HR capabilities and personalize people strategy
• Collaborate with People team, executives and partners to define priorities and ensure clear
• Drive post-project evaluations and apply learnings to future work
• Prepare executive-ready data and narratives for stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• HR/People Operations practitioner with expertise in performance, engagement, talent, compensation
• Strong project management, analytical skills and executive presence
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion
• Proficiency with data reporting (Google Sheets/Slides) and AI tools for productivity
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels
