Sr. Associate Manager - Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

📋 Description

• Provide support in negotiations and purchasing of goods & services as per business requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods & services.
• Act as local point of contact in Jamaica for Non-Tech sourcing activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations; prepare comparative statements and first-level analysis.
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and vendor relationships under leadership guidance.
• Assist in supplier evaluation and performance per governance structure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Commerce or related field
• 5-7 years purchasing experience in reputable organizations
• 4-6 years procurement & sourcing in Facilities & Admin functions (CAPEX, etc.)
• 2-3 years operational experience with ARIBA/COUPA/Ivalua is a plus
• Valuable knowledge of Jamaica vendors; US/Canada non-tech vendors a plus
