📋 Description
- Perform ad hoc market analyses and fill operational gaps
- Assist in development and maintenance of SOPs and metrics for operations workflows
- Lean-in to lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Public
- Communicate plans and outcomes to internal stakeholders via written and visual reports
- Prepare biweekly reports on operational performance for key business lines (marketplace and banking)
- Deep dive into data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
🎯 Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience at startups, preferably FinTech or B2B platforms
- High proficiency in Excel and Salesforce
- Experience with Claude.ai or similar AI tools
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and create structure
- Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
