📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end customer implementations for Narvar's post-purchase platform.
- Guide onboarding, ensure timely delivery, and align internal teams with customer goals.
- Scale Professional Services through best practices and AI workflows.
- Own cross-functional collaboration with Customer Engineers and stakeholders.
- Manage risks, timelines, and deliverables to achieve milestones.
- Document projects and communicate with customers and internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in client-facing project management, onboarding, or technical implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- CAPM or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS; familiarity with e-commerce, retail systems, or logistics tech is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
