📋 Description
- Own Mercury's Product Launch Program and improve launch workflows and reviews.
- Lead the New Grad PM Rotational Program and evolve development experiences.
- Build and own PM onboarding to help hires ramp quickly.
- Drive Product Culture programming across multiple teams and events.
- Drive cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Design, Communications, Recruiting
🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or
- Track record of owning cross-functional programs end-to-end.
- Strong systems thinking and repeatable operating mechanisms for scale.
- Desire to improve and simplify programs, reducing friction.
- Excellent judgment in ambiguity; translate high-level objectives into plans.
- Strong organizational skills with multiple initiatives and high quality.
