- Notion hires Notion AI Product Counsel to advise AI product development teams.

- Reports to Head of Product and IP Legal; works with Lead AI Product Counsel.
- Partnerships span models, workflows, features, and platform across Notion AI.
- Day-to-day involves forming practical guidance for launches and vendor deals.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of product counseling experience in tech or law firm.
- Experience reviewing/negotiating vendor agreements; risk focus.
- AI and data licensing experience; collaborate with Privacy/Security.
- Strong judgment in ambiguity; clear risk trade-offs.
- Curiosity about AI; willingness to adopt AI tools.
- Juris Doctor and CA in-house counsel eligibility.
🎁 Benefits
