📋 Description

• Directly manage 1-3 Member Experience Managers
• Oversee membership contract renewals with MxMs
• Build culture, coaching, and hiring across sites
• Lead sales, negotiate with large members, handle PR
• Assist GM in launching new locations
• Collaborate with teams to hit area goals

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multi-site operations management
• Strong P&L and financial skills
• Proven people management in multi-site env
• Passion for hospitality & customer experience
• Experience driving local marketing & sales
• Excellent communication; travel as needed
