Outbound Sales Closer/Account Executive

Schedule: 7-8 hours daily (Mon-Fri)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident, and consultative Outbound Sales Closer to generate new business by proactively contacting local service businesses and closing website design projects.

This is a full-cycle outbound sales role involving cold prospecting, discovery, consultative selling, product presentations, objection handling, and closing. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve business websites, present the company's Website Sprint solution, and guide prospects through the sales process until the agreement is signed and the initial payment is collected.

The ideal candidate is a natural hunter who enjoys starting conversations with new prospects, uncovering business challenges, presenting value-driven solutions, and confidently asking for the sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to local service businesses using company-provided prospect lists.

• Connect with business owners and key decision-makers.

• Build rapport and establish credibility during the initial conversation.

• Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's business goals, website challenges, and customer acquisition process.

• Present the Website Sprint solution and explain how it can increase calls, quote requests, and customer conversions.

• Address objections related to pricing, timing, competitors, DIY website builders, and perceived value.

• Guide prospects through the entire sales process and confidently ask for the sale.

• Present approved pricing, project scope, timelines, and payment terms.

• Coordinate agreements and collect the initial payment before the project begins.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, follow-up schedules, and opportunity statuses.

• Follow up consistently with prospects until a final decision is reached.

• Collaborate closely with the business owner regarding proposals, approvals, and project scheduling.

• Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of outbound B2B sales or closing experience.

• Proven success in closing high-ticket services through cold outreach.

• Strong consultative selling skills.

• Excellent English communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.

• Ability to quickly build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.

• Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.

• Experience managing the complete sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.

• Confidence in asking for the sale and overcoming resistance.

• Experience using CRM systems and outbound dialers.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working toward sales targets.

Highly Preferred Experience

• Experience selling website design, digital marketing, SaaS, or other professional services.

• Experience selling to local service businesses or small and medium-sized companies.

• Familiarity with website conversion strategies and lead-generation concepts.

• Demonstrated success in closing high-value projects over the phone or through virtual presentations.
