📋 Description Full desk recruiter managing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for mission-critical Partner with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, and interview feedback Source candidates, including passive candidates, and present top options for interviews Provide candidate tours before onsite interviews to showcase SpaceX Attend interviews with client groups and assist in evaluating candidates Lead HR onboarding processes including background checks and offer letters 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiter experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ 5+ years of technical recruiting experience Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, manufacturing and/or aerospace engineers Experience with high-volume recruiting Full life cycle recruiting experience (screening, interviewing, offers) Able to distinguish top 5% talent within their field
