📋 Description Manage day-to-day administration and provide operational support of the Compensation System Translate business requirements into technical requirements to design and build commission, bonus Own the commission processing cycle end to end, including calculation validation, exception Audit and document processes and technical designs; identify areas for continuous improvement of Develop and test Connect processes; monitor data flows to/from Compensation System to ensure data Develop technical solutions to requirements; validate, communicate, test, and ensure they meet 🎯 Requirements 5-8 years of experience in Sales commission processing, data analysis, database administration, or Experience with B2B SaaS; finance, consulting, and sales compensation backgrounds are considered. Strong understanding of end-to-end Sales Compensation processes and systems; integration with Experience with SQL and building integrated solutions between systems. Advanced knowledge of formulas (Excel/Sheets); strong testing skills (unit, functional, UAT).
