📋 Description Oversee daily on-site operations for a property to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained Manage leasing, resident relations, and financial/maintenance oversight in compliance with policy Serve as the on-site Sunrise representative, promoting service excellence and community care. 🎯 Requirements Minimum 2 years of property management or related experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software. Knowledge of California landlord–tenant laws and Fair Housing requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. 🎁 Benefits This is a part-time position not eligible for company benefits plans. On-site living required; flexibility in schedule with a minimum 12 hours per week.
