📋 Description Oversee regulatory response activities and provide legal and compliance support for federal and Collaborate with internal teams to manage examinations, improve compliance processes, and support Manage and coordinate responses to regulatory examinations, audits, and information requests. Conduct independent research and analysis to support compliance with mortgage lending laws. Partner with compliance leadership to develop examination preparation strategies and remediation Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, review, and organize documentation for 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of mortgage lending experience, with at least 1 year in regulatory examinations, audits Experience managing or supporting regulatory examinations involving state regulators, the CFPB, or Strong understanding of consumer mortgage lending laws (TILA/Regulation Z, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA) and Experience with loan origination systems; Encompass experience preferred. Strong legal research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
