Non-Linguistic Quality Control Specialists

📋 Description Perform non-linguistic quality control of English translations for clinical, regulatory, and Review formatting, terminology, numerical data, dates, units, consistency, and project instructions Use CAT tools and QA software to identify and resolve formatting/technical issues. Verify content from non-editable/handwritten sources and perform post-conversion formatting checks. Manage multiple small-volume tasks with short turnaround times and high accuracy. Self-assign work based on capacity; document findings; report discrepancies; escalate risks when 🎯 Requirements At least 6 months of language quality assurance or localization QC experience. Experience with clinical/regulatory/pharmacovigilance docs is valued. Proficiency with CAT tools: XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, or equivalents. Experience using QA tools: Xbench, Verifika, or CAT QA features. Strong knowledge of Word Track Changes and review workflows.
