📋 Description Grow and manage an employer pipeline across West Virginia for the Tri-Share program. Maintain in‑person presence at local business events and organizations to engage employers. Understand workforce needs and communicate Tri-Share value to support recruitment and retention. Guide employers through the Tri-Share model, contributions, and state matching with low admin lift. Move employers from initial conversation to enrollment with operations team coordination. Build referral networks with chambers, EDAs, and other local leaders to champion the program. 🎯 Requirements At least 4 years in employer engagement, B2B sales, partnerships, or similar consultative Strong in-person communication with owners, executives, HR leaders, and community partners.
