📋 Description Own end-to-end software licensing and entitlement lifecycle from booked order to customer Validate orders, products, terms, entitlements, eligibility, and prerequisites before fulfillment. Manage license generation, delivery, activation, updates, and related communications. Ensure asset, configuration, serial-number, install-location, contract, and support data are ready Collaborate with Asset Management and Support to resolve gaps affecting licensing. Drive process improvements to reduce manual work and licensing errors. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field. 2 - 5 years in software licensing, entitlement management, fulfillment, or related enterprise tech Strong understanding of enterprise software licensing, on-premises fulfillment, and license Experience with asset, serial-number, configuration, contract, and support data in licensing Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday). Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate cross-functional issues with stakeholders.
