📋 Description Identify and evaluate land parcels meeting project criteria using research tools, screening Build relationships with landowners, land trusts, nonprofits, corporations, government agencies Conduct outreach, qualify opportunities, and develop a strong pipeline of potential land Prepare and present partnership proposals, project materials, and supporting documentation. Address landowner questions, support due diligence activities, and guide negotiations toward Lead deal discussions and contribute to closing partnership opportunities. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in land management, land acquisition, agricultural leasing, business Proven ability to build relationships, conduct outreach, and manage advanced negotiations. Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts and align diverse stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and develop creative, mutually Willingness to travel multiple times per month as needed.
