📋 Description Lead ROI and clinical outcomes methodologies for healthcare impact and decision support. Serve as the technical authority for outcomes research with payers, actuaries, and partners. Build scalable evidence frameworks for new populations, programs, and partnerships. Drive the clinical research agenda with white papers and external studies. Translate findings into care strategies with clinical and care delivery teams. Mentor analytics team; apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to scale research. 🎯 Requirements Master’s in health economics, biostatistics, epidemiology, economics, or related field; PhD 12+ years in health economics/actuarial analytics with ROI/value-based care experience. 4+ years leading teams; strong publication record Deep expertise in causal inference, risk adjustment, matched cohort designs. Hands-on with healthcare claims data (medical and Rx) for cost/utilization analysis. Proficiency with SQL, R, or Python; experience with automation/AI tools and dashboards. 🎁 Benefits Base salary $210,000 - $245,000/year plus bonus and benefits.
