📋 Description Coordinate and deliver day-to-day learning and development activities, including workshops Manage learning operations and ensure a smooth experience for employees, managers and stakeholders Own and maintain L&D reporting, including participation rates, completion tracking, learning Analyse learning data, identify trends and provide insights that support better decision-making. Monitor mandatory training completion across multiple jurisdictions and support audit and Partner with colleagues across the business to drive engagement, knowledge sharing and 🎯 Requirements Have proven experience working within a Learning & Development team. Bring previous L&D, training coordination or learning operations experience within a Have strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with large data sets, reports, tracking files Possess a strong analytical mindset and enjoy turning raw information into meaningful insights. Are highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
