📋 Description Lead performance and management of assigned chemical supply chains Oversee SIOP and S&OE processes for demand, capacity, and inventory Develop and execute short- and long-term supply plans Manage inventory health and working capital Monitor OTIF delivery metrics and drive improvements Collaborate with transportation, warehousing, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and commercial 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related 5+ years in supply chain, materials planning, purchasing, sourcing, operations, or production Strong understanding of S&OP/MRP and demand fulfillment Experience SAP or comparable ERP; proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools Business and financial acumen; balance service, inventory, cost objectives ASCM CPIM or CSCP preferred or willingness to obtain 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary $107,500 to $157,663 plus discretionary bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement savings plan Remote work flexibility within the United States Professional development, training, and career advancement Opportunity to work with global teams in a collaborative environment
