Regional HR Operations & Mobility Lead (EMEA)

📋 Description Manage end-to-end UAE immigration and mobility processes, including visas, work permits, free-zone Oversee HR administration on UAE platforms (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, UAE Pass, NAFIS, GPSSA, WPS). Lead onboarding to offboarding for UAE and EMEA hires with audit-ready records. Facilitate Emiratisation (NAFIS) and GPSSA pension registrations with finance/payroll. Ensure WPS compliance by reconciling salaries vs payroll records and timely payments. Coordinate health insurance enrollments and vendor invoice validations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field. Extensive HR ops, shared services, or mobility experience in multi-country EMEA. In-depth UAE labor laws, free-zone regulations, NAFIS, GPSSA pension, WPS. Experience with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP), PROs, relocation vendors, EORs. Strong organizational skills with data accuracy and audit readiness.
