📋 Description Manage vendor relationships and inventory for promotional products Own procurement and order management across multiple vendors Build and maintain a scalable vendor network and product catalogs Collaborate with Swag, Production, and Sales to enable client campaigns Oversee global fulfillment in partnership with logistics teams 🎯 Requirements Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products with suppliers and decorators Proven vendor management experience including negotiating pricing and terms Strong design sense and ability to communicate it clearly Experience using promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary with generous stock options 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental & vision insurance, including mental health support Flexible PTO and life events flexibility A collaborative culture with innovative, ambitious people
