📋 Description Own end-to-end silicon program execution from architecture through tapeout and ramp. Coordinate with front-end design, verification, physical design, DFT, foundry, and packaging Manage external engagements with ASIC houses, IP vendors, foundries, OSATs. Develop AI-assisted approaches to program management and status reporting. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in silicon/SoC program management or equivalent. Direct ownership of at least one taped-out, production-reached program with detailed milestones. Technical fluency across silicon lifecycle (front-end, DV, PD, DFT, foundry, packaging). Experience managing external silicon partners with SOW scoping and delivery tracking. Strong written communication and autonomous, low-process work style. BS/MS in EE/CE/CS or related field, or equivalent experience. 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation with annual salary range $365,000 – $435,000 USD.
