📋 Description Define and manage long-range production planning (6m–5y). Model scenarios like new lines, shifts, and capacity changes. Translate scenarios into detailed operational staffing plans. Own and enhance internal build planning software (AI integration). Collaborate with Programs, Design, and Production Planning teams. Ensure plans stay agile, accurate, and up-to-date. 🎯 Requirements SIOP/long-range planning experience in manufacturing. 8+ years in strategic capacity planning or master scheduling. Proven planning software ownership and AI/ML integration experience. Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
