📋 Description Oversee deployment, management and support of systems in our Canadian sovereign cloud on GCP and Lead engineering team for compute across private and public cloud infrastructure Collaborate with Product/Program management to define commitments and roadmap Support project planning, Agile processes, and skill development Hire, set goals, and develop engineers; conduct performance reviews Provide technical guidance for system and process optimization and architectural reviews 🎯 Requirements Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving 8+ years leading systems/software development and DevOps in a global 24x7 production environment People management experience in a technical operations/DevOps context Deep fluency in public cloud, infrastructure automation, and software engineering principles Proficient with infrastructure components: public cloud, OS (Linux), virtualization, web apps and Public cloud production experience (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.) 🎁 Benefits Health plans and RRSP with company match ESPP, matching donations, and family/medical leave programs Annual vacation: 20 days/year
